We use the professional identity, contact details, skills, company information and optional documents you submit. Only provide information and documents you are authorised to share. Submission is voluntary and requires your explicit consent. Registration does not guarantee qualification, a mission or a partnership. Email verification precedes activation; qualification is a separate administrator decision.
Applications and documents remain private. Access is restricted to authorised network administrators. Hostinger hosts the website; the existing WordPress email service sends verification messages and administrator notifications. A private weekly Excel recap is sent to info@stratitrust.com. Its document links require an authorised WordPress session; CVs are not attached to the recap. Registration does not automatically share your profile with prospective partners.
Profiles are flagged for review after 12 months (365 days), rather than deleted automatically. An authorised administrator reviews whether to update, retain, archive or delete the application. Unverified applications expire after seven days.
You may withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion through the secure request form or info@stratitrust.com. Your registered email must be verified before a request is processed. Identity details shared with another profile or company contact are handled according to the relationships concerned. The notice version, acceptance date and email verification are recorded as consent evidence.
